One Small Step and One Giant Leap

The Apollo 11 Moon Landing was a historic moment for our Nation, while also being a major event for the City of Houston. In many ways, it challenged the expectations of what mankind could accomplish. The Johnson Space Center and NASA Headquarters are located just south of Houston near Interstate 45 (I-45). With the 50th anniversary of the historic event approaching, many local businesses are offering space themed deals, meals and discounts. See how you can make the most of your July while celebrating the small step for man and giant leap for mankind! We have cultivated a few of our favorites below along with recommendations from the City of Houston’s travel bureau!
